General

Albolio is an internet service to create and host personal photosites. It is described at Albolio.com website.

When you start using some Albolio service, you confirm that you completely agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service. The most recent version of Terms of Service always can be found at Albolio.com website.

Personal information

You need register an account to create a photosite using Albolio. To register your account we ask for some personal information, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent.

Fees and charges

You can create and use Albolio photosite absolutely free. However we recommend you to use PRO version of Albolio. Differences between Free and PRO versions, as well as our additional services are listed at https://albolio.com/pro/

Use of service

  • - We do not allow publication of pornography and obscenity.
  • - We do not allow impersonation of others in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.
  • - We do not allow publications which violate the rights of their respective owners.
  • - Albolio should not be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities.
  • - Albolio should not be used in a way that is negative to Albolio itself and deviates from the average Albolio usage to a great extent i.e. using unnecessary amount of bandwith, using unnecessary long sessions, etc.

We reserve the right to delete free accounts which are not used longer than 2 months. We also reserve the right to delete or modify user accounts, which in our sole discretion violate these Terms of Service or act inconsistently with the spirit of Albolio. In such event all the information and content contained within it deleted permanently and you will not be entitled to any refund of any of the amounts you’ve paid for Albolio account. We accept no liability for information or content that is deleted.

Limitation of liability

You are solely responsible for all information you store, process or distribute through Albolio.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albolio, its developers, employees, agents or other partners harmless from any claims or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees or any third party) arising out of your use of Albolio, and related to your violation of any the rights of another person or entity, or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

We continuously maintain Albolio, and we reserve the right to temporarily shut down Albolio during such maintenance. Should such shut down last longer than six hours, we will normally notify you in advance through e-mail.
